and lead to some great gigs in our fair(ish) city. A fast growing
organisation with some great bands associated with it already |

Strawberry Fair
The Strawberry Fair is a local festival of music, entertainments, arts
and crafts that takes place in Cambridge on Midsummer Common each year.
Over its 30 year history, Strawberry Fair has evolved into one of the
largest, free, open-air festivals of its kind in the country. And,
believe it or not, it is completely free to attend.

Rinaldi
Sings
Rinaldi Sings play a stylish and uptempo brand of pop that acknowledges
a deep debt to the bubblegum northern soul of the late Sixties.
They played their debut gig at the Moon in 2003 and we look forward to
good things from this lot.

Fawn Promotions
Fawn Promotions was set up by me (Louise) with the aim of organising more gigs in the cambridge area. It began early december 2004 when I decided to put on a gig of my own. The gig turned out to be a huge success with close to 100 paying visitors turning up on a sunday. Now Fawn Promotions is expanding at a huge rate putting on bigger and better gigs for the people of cambridge to enjoy. If you are a band interested in playing in a gig organised by me then Please email me at Louise.amas.fawn@gmail.com

ANACHOIC REFLECTION
ANACHOIC REFLECTION is a metal band reinventing old-school guitar playing. The make-up of ~AR~’s sound is focused on hard-hitting slap bass grooves accompanied by heavy guitar drives and solid drumbeats. ~AR~ is like no other metal band. Their advanced musicianship and sense of humour is brought out at every one of their shows.

Rapture FM
"We are not restricted to one music genre... although we are a 'dance'-based station.
We currently play the following genres...
drum & bass, breakbeat, hardcore, old skool, house, trance, techno, garage,
hip hop and r'n'b. We also promote independent artists and producers who
make their own music."
|
The Hibachi Dealers
"The Hibachi Dealers think of the Moon as practically a home from home:
we've burst eardrums here with our own special brand of very, very loud
miserable angst more times than we can count. Our most memorable night
at the Moon has to be the one where we got to watch a very harrassed
sound guy trying to soundcheck a ten-piece acoustic support act!"
