Info Required for an Event on the Music Page

Music page entries are generated from an Access database of promoters, acts and events via the dubious magic of VBA.

This page is designed to collect the necessary data.

We suggest you follow these steps.

This works on Internet Explorer, but not some other browsers.

Alternatively, just use it as a guide as to what info we'd ideally like.

  1. Fill in the table below
  2. Block the contents to be copied (ctrl-A, or select all from the browser's edit menu on a PC)
  3. Copy the contents to the clipboard (ctrl-C, or copy from the browser's edit menu on a PC)
  4. Click on the mail link below
  5. Select 'Rich Text (HTML)' on your mail program (Format menu in Outlook)
  6. Click in the message body area of your mail program
  7. Paste the clipboard contents (ctrl-V, or paste from the mail program's edit menu on a PC)
  8. Attach an image, if available, of one of the acts; JPG format, ideally about 200 pixels wide.
  9. Send the email
